I see your point, but let me give you an example. A few months ago I bought a product from a g35driver sponser that everyone raves about. When I ordered the part I specifically asked for next day. Shortly after the placing the order I recieved a email confirmation showing me the tracking info and in deed it said it was going out next day. Well next day came and I did not have the product so I called the vendor. What he told me was that DHL made a mistake and it would be 4 days, but that he would call DHL and get it fixed so it would arrive the next day. He also sent me a new tracking number. Well the next day arrived and I had no product. I called DHL to find out where my product was and when I gave the new tracking number they told me it was not scheduled for delivery until several days later. At that time I told the DHL rep that the vendor had called them to correct the actual shipping date. The DHL rep told no one contacted them about a mix up and even if they did once it was shipped nothing could be done about it. Basically this sponser that so many people on this forum rave about messed up my shipping and then tried to hide it as someone elses mistake.

Now I am not going to give this sponser's name cause I don't want to start another thread like this, and I am not implying that Bat made this same mistake, but just because someone has a great reputation does not mean they don't *** up and then try to blame it on someone else.

Gman, I see what your saying. I already know which sponsor your referring to !! Only one I know of that uses DHL and I actually just ordered a lip from them. In a way theres always some bad experiences. The vendor your referring to also messed up an order for one of my friends on the boards as well (sent the wrong color OEM lip and took about 4 weeks to get the right one!!) Hopefully it'll be delivered by the date promised!!

The built motor is going in as we speak. Once I get the car back next week I have to put 1000 miles on it. Then the car is going to get shipped out to SGP Racing in Houston so then can install and tune the HKS Vpro. Once it is done I am flying to Houston and will drive the car home.......going to be a fun 18 hours driving home with my new 500whp toy!

Thats awesome!! What made you decide to go w/ the HKS over say the eManage or other ECU systems?? That Vpro is an engine management/piggy back system right??? What features does it have that the Greddy system does not?!?

Sorry for the hijack guys, but I guess it cuts the tension from before.

The HKS Vpro is a full standalone unlike the emanage that is a piggyback. Since piggybacks only influence the ECU and not control it, I decided to go full standalone. I have too much $$ invested and I am affraid the ECU will spontaneously add timing or somthing and kaboom! After the HKS Vpro the ECU will not handle any motor functions except for the Drive by wire, VDC, and cruise control, and non motor functions. Also with the A/F Knock amp it can auto tune the system for a set A/F ratio. In other words the system will make whatever adjustments it needs to always maintain the A/F ratio I set it for.
