i have a business as well and it's so funny how irrational, selfish, and impatient some customers can be when they're waiting for services or products. in this case, ppl have to realize that the u.s. post office loses mail ALL THE TIME. also, often times, they take forever to deliver mail. i have sent things and it's taken over two weeks to arrive. that's why i use ups!!! about refunding credit cards/debit cards, it does take some time for credits to be refunded when using atm or debit cards. this is due to the bank and credit card service companies. about not answering emails, ppl have to realize that most ppl use junkmail filters. sometimes, your emails can get filtered out with the junkmail. therefore, if it appears that my emails aren't being answered, i usually use another email acct and try again.

ppl are too quick to complain. in this case, it's only been two weeks and the vendor already stated that he would resend the items....WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL!!!! this country is overrun with whiners and crybabies!!!!

I have order from the guy before and I never had a problem with him at all.


mabye he is just swamped. Give the guy a call and see what's what.

again just my 2 cents and from my experience.

Now I am not going to give this sponser's name cause I don't want to start another thread like this, and I am not implying that Bat made this same mistake, but just because someone has a great reputation does not mean they don't *** up and then try to blame it on someone else.
I bet it was TOPSECRET2001...and even if it wasn't, I don't like him anyway.

Yes you are an idiot! The people who you say are whining and crying are the ones who send you their hard earned money which allows you to keep your business running. So why don't you tell us what your business is so we never buy a damn thing from you ( product or service )! you guys have NO idea what it is like to own/manage a business. of course, when a business messes up, i expect them to go above and beyond to correct it. BUT, there are situations where ppl are just too damn quick to "jump the gun" and start b$tching and whining. as far as the ones who i quote, "The people who you say are whining and crying are the ones who send you their hard earned money which allows you to keep your business running", i am happy ( as my other colleagues ) to get rid of them and to have them never to return.

i own a medical practice and it is my duty to serve my patients. i go above and beyond the normal standard of care for my patients. i call my patients personally when they have concerns. none has ever complained that i have fallen short of my duties. however, as many of my colleagues agree, there are times when you have to raise the white flag and bid good riddance to those "trouble patients" who are never satisfied. when TRUE problems do arise, i am happy to resolve them even at a loss to my business. "the customer is ALWAYS right"--WRONG!!! if that was the case, i would be in jail. i can't tell you the number of times i've had to turn away irate patients who want me to do illegal medical insurance fraud so they can get medical services/products for free.

if you have ever worked in retail, you will understand my point. in college, i worked at macy's and i had to deal with the complaints all the time--i.e. ppl wanting to return pots/pans after using them for over a year because they were tarnished, damaged from their negligence, etc. i have no problems with good customer service...i have problems with ppl crying over spilled milk and complaining about minor matters while trying to ruin the names of decent businesses over problems that could be easily resolved.

what does that have to do with ANYTHING that we're talking about?!?!? unless, you're trying to say that i'm spineless because i'm defending some businesses.....yeah, that makes a lot of sense

Eh most people wait months for parts for their cars ordered from big companies so why can't they be patient on this? Plus Bat has always made up for any lost items. Why bash him?? wow

who the hells bashing him, im the original poster, im upset that i didnt recieve my little tiny peices of vinyl that should take no time to ship in the past 2weeks. if you cant understand my frustration(someone whos had an automatic G for a year and was too embaressed to mod it out, but finally got the 6mt and is excited to get things started) then im sorry. lost in the mail???? i've sold things on ebay at least 50times, everyones always received what they purshased from me 3days after they paid. a lot of people on this thread are really too pro bat, im sure hes a very nice guy, but who wouldnt lie to save their ***, maybe he just really didnt ship it out, and this is his first set(not saying thats what he did) but no one even considers that as a possibility.

p.s. im actaully a very nice person
