2007 g

I was at the dealer this morning and asked one of the guys there about the 2006 g35. He mentioned that it wouldn't be a 2006 model , but in 18 months a completely new model will be hitting the showroom. He also mentioned that a covertible will be added to the lineup. As far as bluetooth , it will only be available if you purchase the Nav.

people at the dealers generally know the same lame **** that gets passed around here, except that it takes on a veil of credibility. first thing to do if someone that works at Infiniti says it is to SUSPECT THE SOURCE. until it's announced publicly, EVERYTHING is up for grabs. not having a 2006 model? why would they shoot themselves in the foot and loose sales? lame, lame, lame.

Honestly, people on here would know more than a dealer. There have been no rumors on a convertible.

This is not to say that what the original poster was told has any credibility, but this IS the second time that I've heard that 2007 is a model change. Any info on this?

Dealerships don't get any more information than what gets leaked out on the internet.

no way a new one in 07, why would they completly change it in 5 years, look at s2k been the same for almost 8 years, plus with introduction of the GT-R i think they want to keep focus on that, and put a new looking G and Gt-R at the same time, i think the G will continue to be made with minor improvements

Various media sources have already said that the G35 would get a new model in 2007.

As far as I can tell, you're the only one who seems to think so.
