G35 Wins Nopi Cp10 in St. Louis

Just thought I'd throw this out and how great it was to get first in Nopi in St. Louis. For those not aware of this class in street. (Supra's, Lexus, RX-7, Rx-8, 300Z, 300ZX, 350Z, G35 coupe & Sedan, Mitsubishi 3000gt & VR4)

22 cars in the line-up and the Sleeping G wins. I thought for sure I was not going to even get a mention but the call to the stage was all I needed to here. 104 temp that day. The car ran a 13.3, 13.6, 13.4 at 8am on the track and shined here up for show by 12.

We need more G's at these events. At HIN in KC the week before there were only two. Take it I took 6th because the 3- 350Z's in the class had full blown body kits and not one ounce of engine work. HIN its all glam and politics.

Blonde in pic is Penthouse pet of the Year Martina Warren and the photo will be in the Dec. Issue. Super Street did not say when their photos would run.

Couple more. Go-Dyno hooked the car up to their traveling machine with two fans to the front. RWHP read 302. Have had others run 304-306. The whole engine was pulled at my shop and completely reworked for our goal to run TT by December.

Sorry for the 17's on the car but I ran 1/4's at the track and it was to hot to keep changing back to the Volk LE28N's. And besides the car won with these wheels on it.

The Engine has about as much that could be done to it before TT or Super. It is poised to run 18psi once FI and Zex kit is set up for TT and Intercooler.

The whole goal for me is 700 HP.

I just could not take any of the 6psi stuff any more. We are on a mission to blow the doors off this G.

Get to the shows and get your G noticed. See ya at Nationals.

Engine bay is sick.

It took a while to get it all together but well worth it. That paint job to the cover and fitment with the spacer was a task. When sun hits it right, the red flakes and cameleon effect is killer.
