What's funny is that most of the cars I see (at least in San Francisco) with stickers, are stock posers who don't race!

 

it's all politics and racism since they are trying to single out minorities (african americans, ASIANs, and hispanics) that fit their profile for "car modders". as you stated, caucasians usually mod their trucks to dangerous conditions and their harleys make A LOT more noise than the average fartcans on modded cars. but the politicians wouldn't dare go after the "white" voters
