If your main concern is performance, stick with the 19's. The 20 inch wheel will obviously have a slightly longer / wider contact patch, but anytime you add unsprung weight you are seriously reducing power. I've heard from lots of people that the best balance between weight and contact is actually an 18 inch wheel. I don't know if that's true, but I personally don't see any benefit in going to 20's (especially given the extra cost).

you really dont want weight at the wheels either cause its not just more weight you have to push but actually have to spin. Stick witht the 19s i think they actually look better. They perform better. More practical. I could go on ..

Both of us went ouside to see the car and long and behold...my 19" DPEs are ruined (wheel paint ruined and rear wheel lip curved) I was very upset at first but they immediately took full responsiblity which calmed me down...
I have a question. How in the hell do rims get damaged during an oil change??? I'd want a detailed explanation. I've seen a car fall of a lift at an Audi dealership, so be careful. If I were you I'd check out my car very, very thoroughly. There may be other damage that's not readily seen.
