It's been 8 F****ng months now and I still do not have my full aero kit from these @ssholes. I paid for front chin spoiler, body colored mudd guards and rear spoiler, but only got the rear spoiler. Anyways, to make a long story short, i have contacted Consumer Affairs, 3 times, called the dealership many times and sent emails to the GM many, many times, NO Answer.

If anyone knows who the CEO/President of Park Ave Infiniti is, please let me know, or who to contact...Located in Englewood, NJ.

 

HA... despite my best efforts, my friend just bought a G35 from them. He said they treated him much better than Ramsey did (saleswise). But after taking the car home, he noticed two scratches on the car. He called me for advice. I told him to take it back right away and see if they will do the right thing. Technically he is screwed since he already took delivery of the car. I'm hoping they treat him better than they did me when I used to go there.

BTW, check the Northeast forum and run a search. There is a guy who works at Park Ave that posts here. He might be able to help you.

They scratched my car there and to make a long stor short, had it repainted but the wrong color. I had to take it to my own body shop to have re-done and they were goign to give me back the $1,600 it cost me to fix the crappy paint job they had done, and that was a year ago. I have still not seen a penny of it. No one will answe my calls or return any messages. When I would go here they would tell me no one was around to help me. They are jerks there. My lawyer tried contacting them as well and still no responces. I finally gave up and just traded the car in for a new one. And I am out all that money as well. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
