how the hell do i choose an exhaust????

ok so ive been in the market for a catback recently and just cant decide, i want. all i know is i want the biggest tips out there, and i want the exhaust to look and sound impressive in person. i want it to be quiet during cruise and a monster during WOT. im putting in race pipes sometime this week, so hopefully regardless of the catback itll be loud at wot. so far invidia looks good to me. but i saw it in person yesterday and the tips look a lot smaller than the greddy evo2 and the fuji. any advice??

this is how i look at fuji, its only an axleback and if i get it ive gotta get the y pipe making it something like 1200. while the invidia is 850 with its "y" pipe, plus its true dual. and the greddy evo too for 919

Choose carefully, and listen to the exhausts first. After wasting hours searching and purchasing exhausts, I have decided that stock exhaust sounds the best. Maybe with a Y-pipe and CAT, but I am not touching the mid-pipe or muffler from now on.

the HKS Hi-Ti tipped exhaust has got big tips and is true dual so it should sound good, esp with your race pipes....

The tips on my Tanabe are almost 4.5 in......

ye, i'd love the hks only its 1400 vs. 850 for the invidia. for whatever reason i compare everything to the invidia ha. im always coming back to it, just seems like the best bargain. i just wish the tips were bigger and stuck out a little more. to me its not noticable enough. also the HKSs start to pop after a while which doesnt sound good, i warning for you guys after the hks. invidia will never pop. jeez look at me i freakin sellin invidia here. sukarain i think your idea is best only i hate the stock tips theyre too boring for me

I measured my tips and they're exactly 4.5". They're a little on the big side for my tastes, oh well.

Have you considered Borla? If not, why?

Why would you pay $40 K for a car an find the cheapest exhaust you can for it? You will be happy knowing that you paid for the Fuji or HKS bcause they are very well manufactured, the welds on the fugi are perfect. You can look for another y-pipe like the UT y pipe that looks very similar to the fugi and it is a little less on price. I don't much about the Invidia so I can not really comment on it.
