get a piece of wood, 2x6 or wider, and drive your car on top of that. Those two inches should give you original hieght back and allow you to use the factory jack. I would suggest buying a nice 1 ton floor jack and jack stands if you plan to do any work under your car. I don't know if I trust the stock jack with my life while I'm under the car messing around.

any mechanic shop that's been open for a while or does performance cars (like vettes, vipers, nsx, etc) should know how to use a few pieces of wood and drive on those to get your car on a lift. My old M3 was dropped 2.5 inches and I always had to use pieces of wood to get my car on a lift.

The problem isn't the height of the car,It's that the side skirts hang lower to the ground & when the scissor jack opens up it hits the bottom inner side of the side skirt.It's just the angle of the jack to the side skirt.By putting somthing between the jack & the car,it clears the side skirt.
