Hey Klumzyee,

I was thinking about getting the x50 but I was curious as to how you wired it up. I noticed there isnt any wires hanging around in the picture so did you have it wired into the fuse? If so, how did you do it?

Thanks

You can get the x50 on eBay for as low as 238$ + shipping.

I went with the red display since it was 40$ cheaper, which was hard to justify already, but I thought that a blue display would look out of place with the dash colors of the G being Red/Orange.

What is the difference in the blue and the red display on the Passport? Other than the money.

Passport 8500 x50 or the Valentine 1 are the 2 good options on the market. I have a V1 and I'm very happy with it.

BEL Rx 65 Pro is another option. I have had it for a month, few false alarms

RX65 and 8500 X50 are basically the same detectors performancewise.
