My rattles come and go with the weather it seems like. In the summer and 80-100 degree temps its no problems, my sub hits great and no rattles. Come when it starts to cool down to 50-60 I start hearing the rattle in the rear passenger side area and other spots more in general. i've gotten some of them fixed with TSB's but they always come back. Now i've learned to live with them to a point.
Amazingly the only rattle I HAVE fixed is the rear view mirror one and I did that myself by putting some foam behind the plate there.

I've experienced fewer rattles in my '05 than I did in my '03, but I still had a few. I did solve most of them by spending as afternoon with felt tape in hand (purchased at a local fabric/hobby store) and cutting several pieces to fit between various plastic panels here and there, especially around the DVD door. That is were 90% of my rattles originated in the '05. I also had some coming from the instrument cluster cover. I stuffed a thinly cut black colored piece of foam (like for a pillow) between the cluster and the dashboard and that resolved that problem. So far with minor fixes such as these, the '05 is solid.
For those that don't have the time to do these sort of things, I agree it is annoying and we shoudn't have to in the first place.

Dynomat + Stinger Overkill your WHOLE car. Get 3 pieces of foam tape to stick to the base of the back window along the rear deck. The red reflectors in the door panels RATTLE like nothing I've ever experienced.... double sided sticky tape and some creative jury riggin' will take care of those. That should take care of a good deal of your rattles.

No rattles whatsoever at 29,000 miles... The passenger seatbelt does make noise if no one is wearing it and it is not in the 'down' position, everything else is completely quiet except for the front tires which are gone now and will be replaced next month.
