If "very simply" all you want to do is buy a set of overlays, by him replying to you with an address (for payment) and I would assume an amount to enclose (to the style and color you want - they're all on his website) is all that you should need...

Everyone loves personalized service and to know he or she is being dealt with on a one on one bassis, but the truth of the matter is, we all at times get bogged down with loads of things to do and that detours our ability to go that extra mile. So sometimes it's just quicker and easier to deal with certian sitiuations more indirectly. I don't think Bat's ignoring you or dodging your request. He's probably just busy as hell, or simply not around to respond.

So if all you want to do is buy a set, just send your payment out to him, enclosed with what you want, and rest assure you'll have your overlays within no time....

Andrew is pretty hard to get ahold of at times. He is just one guy who works, has a life and then there's this side overlay job... Don't forget that he makes overlays for all types of cars and this isn't the only forum he hangs out on.

Send the guy a check, write him a letter and ask him to call you. He will, I would almost guarantee it.
