ECU upgrade what do you think

Hey guys I was surfing the web and found this online. Do you think it is a good deal? compaired to reflashing the ECU or a management system with sever different maps that can be reset at anytime.

I heard if you reflash you loose HP over time and you need to buy a new chip to hold the new programs is this true?

Thanks

Do a search for Unichip, several members already have it installed without significant gains.

Ahhh the wonderful uni-chip....I remember those band-aides used to be popular with subies till a real ecu option became available.

BUT its not like we have a turbo motor or anything like that, I would think you would want some other things done to the car and then use a ECu re-tune to get the most out of those parts.
