incentives?

On the Infiniti web site they are advertising the Event of the Season on cars like the G35 and M45. Does anybody know the details of this.

Re: incentives?

I'm interested in this too. It might mean a good interest rate this month from infiniti. I doubt if it means getting a deal on a coupe in terms of a discount.

Re: incentives?

EVENT OF THE SEASON IS A MARKETING THEME FOR INFINITI AT THIS TIME OF YEAR. THEY DID IT LAST YEAR ALSO. WORKS WELL IN THE ADVERTISING THEME. THERE ARE NO INCENTIVES ON G35, M45, AND Q45. THEY HAVE HEAVY INCENTIVES ON 2002 CLOSEOUTS LIKE THE 2002QX4 AND I30

Re: incentives?

on Infinitis site they clearly state that the g35 coupe and sedan and m45 etc. are part of the promo. I emailed my dealer whom i have my coupe order in with and he said "it really doesnt effect the coupe"
"Really" doesnt sound like a straight, professional answer.I also asked about the m45 which i was offered 3000 off msrp.

Any dealer types around here care to comment?

Re: incentives?

I agree, Infiniti's website says it DOES affect the G35, but doesn't exactly say HOW it affects the G35, so I think someone from Inifiniti needs to clear that up or else they need to change their website.

Re: incentives?

I called Infiniti to ask about the promotion. They said it was just a way to spark interest in their cars and there are no incentives but that it could very depending on the dealer. So in other words I still don't know what it is.

Re: incentives?

I e-mailed my local dealer, and received the following response:

"The Infiniti Event of the Season is offering special lease and financing rates on different models of Infiniti's. I am sorry to say that none of these applies to the G35 Coupe."

Of course--as others have pointed out--Infiniti's website suggests that the G35C is part of the sale (whatever it is).

Isn't that what they call Bait and Switch or deceptive advertising.

Re: incentives?

The incentive is a reduced money factor on G35 coupe leases and M45's.

Re: incentives?

Hi Alan,

Thanks for the information. Finally, a legitimate/reasonable sounding answer given. Wonder why my local dealer didn't give this answer?

How reduced would the money factor be, assuming excellent credit? Thanks.
