it doesnt matter if its a hot or cool day or if the car is cold or warmed up. it does sound like a ratchety click but i use 91 to 94 octane fuel only.
the noise only comes early on in acceleration of each gear.

You may be experiencing knocking or pinging- pre-ignition, if it's only on acceleration or heavy load. Is it a somewhat metallic tick?
Suggest you ensure that you fill up with good quality fuel (Sunoco 94, for example), no gasohol, at a station you know to have a high turnover rate of not just fuel, but more specifically, of their high octane fuel.
This may sound like telling someone how to suck eggs, but now with fuel prices being higher, people aren't using premium unless their car calls for it, so many stations with a high turnover of fuel are just selling a lot of 87 or 89, and very little 91-94. Gasohol tends to burn very inconsistently, and thus can wreak havoc on your engine's ecu.

This is not a gas noise or anything like that. It is most definitely a bushing or something like that loose. Unfortunately, I have to cancel my appointment for this week to get it looked at.
