I have 2 other cars. My beater is a 93 Ford Probe GT bought new in 93 with a few mods, 18 Konig Verdicts, and my other is a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer, for days of hauling stuff and wanting to drive something bigger. Plus I let my wife drive it sometimes, hehe.

2002 corolla. I usually drive it 3 times a week, but I'll be driving it all this week, since I put 300 miles on my G this weekend.

1999 Ford Escort. 105,000 miles
I made little money when I bought the escort and it was all I could afford. I drive it to work(18 miles each way) because I have to park in the parking garages downtown and the people that park there are some *** and do not care about anybodys car. Over the last few years I've seen several people come out to their car and almost start crying because someone did so much damage to their car. My G already got keyed(very hard to see) and I've only driven it to work like 4 times.
BTW why do people that cannot park straight even bother to drive a car? Why are they allowed to drive a car?

'95 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L I-6, 2.5" lift, 32" BFG AT Tires.
It'll get you wherever you want to go, but with no A/C, and a very rough ride. I drive it pretty much only on 75 degree low humidity days in the summer when I'm feeling out-doorsey, and in the winter any time there's snow/slush, or salt on the roads.

I did not sell my MR2 Turbo when I got the G. I can't part with it. Sure it does not have the power that the VQ has, but the thing is still fun to drive. So it is my daily driver.
I leave the G for the weekends. However it is hard to resist driving her.

Not exactly a beater, but I have an '02 Sequoia that I use for heavy stuff, people hauling, towing or going downtown (rough streets) in.
I also use the bus for hauling dirtbikes - I can tow a trailer of 4, all the gear bags and still hold 4 guys in comfort. Plus, the tailgate flips up to provide a nice, rain-free changing area. The G does what it does well, but there are some things outside its scope...

ghettos in NJ? Come on, it's not as bad as Brooklyn. I didn't want to even park my car when I went to Brooklyn. Luckily, I got a spot where no one else could get behind me.
