I tried to call but it says the phone is no longer in service. I also emailed but have heard nothing back. Getting kind of worried. Anyone able to get in touch with them?

 

they suck, i just cancelled an order i've been waiting for for 4 months. customer service sucks, always excuses and no helping the customer what so ever.

 

i just spoke with them 2 days ago... strange that your having trouble contacting them. I'm sure there's just a little bug in thier phone system.

 

also, this was less than 10 min ago. so someone is there.

look at the thread i posted about them. it was for data systems front and rear spoiler.

 

mikeymike, sucks to know that they do this to their customers, just cuz they're a big company and all.

 

They had me waiting over a month for a body kit, screw that. Everyday calling them and hounding them. "It's coming soon, should be here any day" and then "Oops, it's not here with our shipment from Japan" Made me wait all that time for absolutely NOTHING.

 

What am I saying...it was closer to 2 months.

 

I dont know if this is the case or not . But alot of these companies wait till they have large orders and order every thing at once . You may order something but they dont order it untill a month or two later when they have enough to fill a shipping container

 

i understand that, but if you withdrawal money the next day, then i consider that the order has been made. if they do that, then wait, that way i know when the order has been made. in my opimion, still excuses. u don't know till it happens to you.
