rubber door seal

Last night i notice something hanging off my door and almost touching the ground. I walked up to take a look, guess what it was it was the little color matched seal that is right below your door and above your sideskirts. WTF i just bought this car 9 months ago. Called the parts department and they wanted 80 bucks for it, then i talked to the service guys and they said that it was covered under WARRANTY, thank god. So heads up guys, watch that little piece.

Are you referring to that kick plate with the INFINITI logo?

if you were to open the doors, there's a piece of rubber or plastic underneath the door. That would be the seal.

I had the same problem a month ago on the drivers side door and it was replaced under warranty by the dealer. I just noticed this week that the same problem is developing on the passenger side. I'll have to take it in to get it replaced also.
