understeer/oversteer characteristics, spring rates, camber adjustment, stiffness and the first letters of each type of spring are the main differences.
Too many people place emphasis on ride height. I intentionally avoided this above because there is SO MUCH MORE to dropping your car than getting springs that drop your car .5"...

If someone has a question that's fine, but this question is not easily answered as Neffster said. It has been asked many times before.
H-techs are a simple drop and the S-techs are a lower drop with a higher spring rate which will make the ride a little stiffer. installation in most pplaces are $150 - $200 depending where you live. Definitely the teins are a great choice I have the full suspension on my car.
