Most people have the S-techs. They're about .6" lower than the H-techs. Just ask around for any decent shops in your area. I believe the install should run around $100-150. I'm not too sure though. I hope that helps.

Goodluck,
Jeff

Or you guys could check out the other forums on this site. Perhaps the one that deals particularly with suspension, where you will find this stickied thread:

the biggest difference is comfort. the s-techs are plush compared to the h-techs.

understeer/oversteer characteristics, spring rates, camber adjustment, stiffness and the first letters of each type of spring are the main differences.

Too many people place emphasis on ride height. I intentionally avoided this above because there is SO MUCH MORE to dropping your car than getting springs that drop your car .5"...

Thus the reason for the "SEARCH" replies above.

You know what I hate......Stupid People.
Especially those who don't know proper grammer.

You expect people to waste their time and explain things to someone who is too lazy to do their own research.

If someone has a question that's fine, but this question is not easily answered as Neffster said. It has been asked many times before.

H-techs are a simple drop and the S-techs are a lower drop with a higher spring rate which will make the ride a little stiffer. installation in most pplaces are $150 - $200 depending where you live. Definitely the teins are a great choice I have the full suspension on my car.

I think you got it the wrong way. H-Tech springs have higher spring rates than the S-Tech. S-Tech springs have more sag and gives way for more movement and reduced feedback. They're still a step above the stock springs either way.
