the design makes it classic, it will be turning heads for a long time.

The movie helped, but the Supras are timeless because of how rediculously overbuilt from factory they are. Supras can make 400+rwhp with just bolt-ons, and can go 200k miles without a problem. When demanded, stock block can handle up to 900rwhp or more, and has an indestructable transmission that can hold just about any power level. Plus the car looks good as well The design doesn't look outdated after 12 years. Sure, the prices jumped a little after the movie, but even after F&F craze had been calmed down, the prices just keep going up or at least held steady.

I know it's amazing how people are still paying $30,000+ with over 60,000 miles on them

You just can't deny it's reliability and strength

I think our society has become too disposable for anything current to be remembered a classic...........
