Spoke to a tech at the dealership- said they've changed the OEM pads and they are different than what it came with new... Said they're the same materials as used in the '05's- which seem to have no dust problems. Can anyone confirm??

Also, if you go with ceramic- do you need to change rotors?

I can confirm half of your statement. There's virtually no brake dust on the
'05s.

My Brembros have started to squeak a lot lately... but Brembro's are known for that.

Sounds like you guys are liking the Hawks?.... are there any fitment issues?

I know.. I know... I'll do a search when it comes time to actually order them... but a friend of mine from another G35 forum told me that he had ordered 2 or 3 different sets of brake pads for his Brembro-equipped G-Coupe, and wasn't able to get them to fit the OEM Brembro Calipers(I'm pretty sure Hawks were included in the batch of pads he ordered).

Any input?
