Hey guys. I went with 20% in the rear and 50% on the sides. It turned out better than I expected. Hopefully the cops will leave me alone, unfortunately (actually, fortunately) here in Santa Barbara they don't have much else to do. For the dot matrix on the rear, they went with the vinyl strip, it looks pretty clean.










Finally, its Big Game this weekend, so I have to show some love for the alma mater. Go Card!

^ Exactly. If I wanted an '05, I would have just bought one, and probably saved myself a few bucks. Same with the wing. I guess that's why Infiniti gives you so many options, everyone has different tastes.

i was thinking about doing this so i dont get pulled over for tints.
but not i'd rather have a single tint.
anyways some people like 06s, dont go harsh on them lol

i agree, i like the 06 taillight. I love both winged and wingless though. Nice job on the tint, did you tint both the side and windshield 50%?

 

No tint on the windshield, just 50% on the sides. Really wanted 20% all around but 2 different tint shops told me I'd be back within the week to get them removed. I never had problems on my old car, but that was the Bay Area. I guess its just a Santa Barbara thing. Anyway, I think it looks pretty good in person, better than I anticipated. I'm pretty happy with it. You see a lot of cars around here with tint on just the back windows and nothing on the side. Some guy has a pretty sweet black Z down the street from me done like that. Maybe he'll be down for a quick photo shoot one of these days.

Nice 06 man, love the new lights front AND back. I wanna swap them for my 04 but everyone says there expensive, anyways congrats on the G.O yea and its all about the U down here in miami!!
