Sloshing liguid sound

Sloshing liguid sound
Ok, so my SEL light is on with a code saying vaccum hose or something with throttle body is loose.
Now I noticed a sloshing liquid sound right after I rev the engine a little. I rev from 1k to 2k while waiting for engine to warm up and right after the rev I here a sloshing liquid sound coming from in front of me (suppose under hood).
Anyone ever heard this before....very weird.

More than likely its just water in the heater core, especially if the car is just warming up.
