My seat is stuck in the most forward position! It was awkward as @#$ to drive it to the dealer (don't laugh please) just to be told to come back tomorrow morning.

Has this happened to anyone else out there?

I've never seen that happen around here, wow man that must really suck. I don't know if its just me but the seats move way slower these days, might be the temp drop but its as if the motor is about to die, i hope it doesnt! The dealer should take care of ya.

THATS BS! I HATE INFINITI SERVICE

how the f*ck are you supposed to drive with the seat all the way up and your f*cking chest hitting the steering wheel. that can cause an accident

you shouldve left the car there and demanded a loaner

You know I had that happened to me a few times, when both times was when it was colder than usual. What I found was that, turning the heat up in the car seemed to help a bit, because somehow it feels like the button was stuck or sticky.

The service writer came out to my car and tried spraying WD40 on the switch. He claimed that sometimes the switch contacts gets dirty. Unfortunately it didn't help.
He believes either the switch or the seat motor had gone bad.
As for the loaner; it won't be an Infiniti because they're already reserved.
I'll let you know it turns out.

My seat is messed up too. It is like all the way backwards so my feet can barely touch the pedal. I didn't buy my car at an Infiniti dealership. Can I still take my car there for free service under warranty? And do i get a free loaner car?

That's a rare issue. Good luck with the fix.

I might not be understanding this right

I once tried to drive with the seat as close as it possibly cld get to the steering wheel
my chest was honking the horn and I cldnt turn the steering wheel

I got my car back tonight. The dealership replaced the entire seat motor.
Everything is back to order.
Thanks for everyone's concern.
