Relax, it will not void your warranty. The dealership has to prove a mod has caused damage ( if it ever occurs ) and if only then will they decide not to replace or fix a damaged part on your car. So lets say you add an intake, and then 2 weeks down the road, you get something wrong with your suspension, they cannot say your intake caused it, because that is simply impossible.

Should be fine bro....just make sure it's done properly, and no leaks.
Not sure how your dealership is, but many including mine, is mod friendly and will actually help with installs.

It will only affect your warranty if it causes a problem. Over oiling the filter, hydrolock, etc... will all be issues you need to consider.

Unless you do something radical like add FI, and the engine blows up, you should be OK. If a warranty claim is denied and the customer contests the denial, the company must prove that the mod caused the problem to occur. That's not easily done, so most companies will honor all warranty work unless something radical has been done as in the case I cited above. That's not to say that dealers won't treat customers differently. I imagine that if a lawyer and a teenager have the same questionable warranty claim, that the lawyer's claim will be honored a lot faster. Also, it is really a good idea to establish a good working relationship with your dealer's service department. It doesn't hurt to have them in your corner if you have some questionable claim.

the only way this can effect your warranty is if you hydro lock it which i have done in my old mustnag with a cold air i learned the hard way they make a water stop type of valve that you can install on the cold air intake to stop this. it lets air in but no water incase you soak some up. and most dealers i know arent mod friendly but theres always that one cool tech in there that will help you out....
