Who runs nitrous?
Curious about nitrous on my 03 G35 auto. Tried the "search", but didnt find much. I am wanting a 50-80 shot. Looking for some info. What size shot can the stock internals handle? Wet kit or dry? Is the auto tranny strong enough to shift on the nitrous or will i need a window switch to turn the nitrous off just before each shift? Does anyone has experience with this sort of thing? BTW...the car is completely stock. Thanks
you have to go WET on these motors. It just works better with the returnless fuel system.
You can easily take a 100 shot, maybe up to 150 shot. That is about the most that street users go with.

A guy I used to work with had a 6MT sedan with nitrous. I cant remember how much he ran, but he got a decent amount out of it without trouble. I'll see if I cant get ahold of him.
I currently am. Go with NX. Its simply the best. You can do a 100 shot no prob, If you want to go higher than that it would be safer to upgrade your fuel pump. These motors are very strong and as lng as you give it enough fuel, you can have a huge shot. I havn't actually ran it at the track yet simply cause i dont have traction. Slicks are gonna be here next week, then we'll see what times i run.

To be honest, I love the idea of n20 because it's real cheap horsepower. It's truly "horsepower in bottle".
What I don't like is the idea of possibly blowing up the engine...that thought really scares me.
