Any News on Urethane Bumper?!?!

Anyone heard from Accordfreak and the Urethane bumper he has put together?

I am very interested in this bumper and it seems it has just vanished into thin air.

Thanks!

Does anyone know if there will be a hole/plug in the bumper to allow access to the tow hook? I live in VA where we have to have a front license plate and there's no way I'm going to drill holes into this bumper.

that tow hole is completely visible. You can simply paint it black if you don't want it that obvious.
