That's entirely possible. Sway bars should work in conjunction with a proper springrate and dampers. If the swaybar is much stiffer than the springrate, the car is essentially now riding on the swaybar instead of springs. The springs don't get to do their job and you get a very harsh ride.

Disco monkey, that's good to hear you're now pleased with them. What I'm reading is making me wish spring was here so I can get them on.

Great write up. I'll have to hit that hill, as well. Now, if I could only get my other parts here and get this stuff installed.

Deane . . . A Vortech, eh? You and I both . . . You and I both, buddy.

This is good to hear! I remember nearly losing when I chased a souped GSR in my previous car, '02 Max SE 6MT...

Took my car out for a spin on the only dry day this week so far (Monday) didn't do any hard runs until my buddy said lets roll and see who can lead.....lol he own a 400hp Trans Am WS6, well lets just say I had more than a cars length on him and did an awesome U turn (legally) and came back to his shop about 4 cars lengths ahead.
Thanks Andy for setting up the GB, these are probably one of the best mods I have done so far. Now I need more power..lol

+1 on the Stillen adjustable sways. Now that I have them, I couldn't imagine driving without them.

They make a big difference in handling.

med/med is good but try firm on the rear.... then you'll feel like you're
driving a sports car. but becareful you don't spin out yourself.

i recommend stiffening the front a tad more, like 1/2 turn on your
D-Specs when you do the firm setting on the rear sway.

funny you should say that, an integra was being a little pest while me and a buddy were in his slightly modded vw gti. so we decied to lose him. the integra kept tailing us, so at a curvy part of the highway we drove his car hard and soon the integra spun out.

When you guys say spun out do you mean went off the road or just had to slow down. Hard to believe someone actually pushed their car that hard on a public road.
