i have a '04 6MT and the most i have done is 152mph, after 145mph it takes a long time to reach past 150mph, quite the adrenaline rush, all made possible by my passport 8500, saved me many a time....once you do accomplish 150mph, afterwards you just want more!!! i had the oppurtunity to ride passenger in a '04 911 Turbo, and we did a modest 176mph, that felt goooooood, one day i hope to buy one

btw i have just arrived here in London for a semester abroad, so i have had to part from the coupe for 5 months, its sad but i am enjoying London, i'll be back just in time for summer tho which will be great, take it easy everyone

All cars with the exception of the SVT Contour still were climbing in speed but due to driving conditions or car stability (Cobra), I did not push them faster.

As we've said a million times - those kinda roads are all over south Texas. Very hard to resist.

 

Yep - got family down there. Nice, empty, flat roads abound.

Once took a Viper close to 200 betweeen Alice and Laredo.

 

Lived in Corpus for 7 years. I used to camp right around Alice - Lake Corpus Christi. Many miles traveled, many adventures logged.
