I'm gonna give Kelly Infiniti a try thanks to your thread & info Matt. I've been to Herb Chambers in Boston for warranty work 4-5 times in the past 16 months & they SUCK!!!!! Bringing it in this Friday for the following items under warranty:

1) windshield wiper fluid pressure (or lack thereof)
2) windshield rattle (passenger side - ongoing issue...Herb is dumb)
3) fuel senders (large fluctuations in fuel level)
4) compression rods in front (suspension creaking noise)
5) rear window seal noise (new strip w/ felt? - ongoing issue...Herb is dumb)
6) brakes (new pads & rotors hopefully due to their alleged recall?)

Wish me luck! If they resolve 5 of these 6 items, I'll be happy!

Why would they replace a window?

Aren't those types of streaks typically due to grease from the guides in the windows? If so, it is just going to happen again and you are going to waste your money on new tint.

There was also an issue with the new TLs when they first came out that everyone's tint was getting scratched due to the tight tolerances of the window guides.

Kelly hasn't refused a single warranty request from me yet. Only problem is they are a bit of a drive (well, for me anyways).

My favorite part about Kelly is the shop foreman. The guy is the man. Whenever I take my car in, I have him test drive my car so they can pull a "oh we weren't able to reproduce the issue". He's very honest, and actually tries to figure out the problem while you are driving (imagine that)

Yeah...they're a bit more out of my way than if I took it back to Herb Chambers in Boston...but that ain't happenin' again!!! I need someone who is competent & knows how to do their job in the service dept! Loaner will be provided, so will trek to work after I drop it off. Ya think they'll hook me up w/ new pads & rotors?

Well so far I'm a lot more impressed by their service dept..you actually sit down w/ the service advisor (Scott Gilman, who I know you guys recommended) and you go thru each of the items with him. I've already received an update phone call within 3 hrs. of dropping off my car and already, they've fixed some of my issues. Unfortunately, the compression rods have to be ordered, but at least they AGREE with me and admit to my car having issues! (unlike Herb Chambers) I didn't know the TPS's had to be in the wheels to have them reprogrammed (set min. pressure to a new PSI), so I'll have to bring it back once I get my wheels....they only charge $28 to have that done.

Will do (next time I'm back there once the compression rods come in). Great guy BTW. I actually did mention that someone on the forum plugged him and he goes "wow, my name was on the internet" and laughed. I'll tell him who it was when I'm back. Thanks again.

So in addition to the "sound coming from my blower motor" they also did an oil change, a rear differential flush (now running mobil 1 synthetic), the light in the clock behind my nav was burnt out and finally the window lift motor made some etches on the outside of my window on the drivers side. Now here is the story.

For those of you know who don't know, im not 21 yet, but that wasn't a big issue for my service advisor, he gave me a loaner anyways. So I got a call around noon after dropping it off at 9 and he ran down the list for me.

Oil change done
differential all set
clock all fixed (bulb was burnt out)

The blower motor he said they found a bearing to be worn out and that was cauing the shuttering and they ordered a new blower motor.

lastly, the window he said since I have tint they arent supposed to be able to do anything for me but he was really going out of his way to make me happy so he said they he ordered a new replacement window but he wouldnt be able to get it retinted for me. (which is fine I talked to the guys who did my tint yesterday and they will tint it for $50) So he told me I could come down and pick up the car and the new blower motor and the replacement glass will be in mid next week. In the end I ended up paying for only the differential flush and the oil change. Needless to say Im very happy with my Infiniti dealer. (its Kelly Infiniti in Danvers.)

Have a wonderful day everyone!
Kelly Infiniti does rock! I ordered and purchased my G there. I had a small ding right after I bought it and my salesman kept my car in the garage while I was out of town on business and drove it across the street to Dent Wizard for me (they did an awesome job too).
