just got tint and..
well last night i picked up my car and today i was looking at in the light ant noticed there are are huge bubbles in the back window tint. i got this tint from the dealer and i cant believe they would let this go without re-doing it. very very unprofessional. now im gonna have to go all the way back there (its like a 30 minute drive) just to get this **** re-done.

alright ill give it a few days, also let my dad look at it when he gets back into town and see what he thinks.
i also have another little problem, the night i got the car our salesguy said that there were a few scrathes on the hood, actually it was a big big scratch shaped in an R and he promised it would be removed. and they couldnt get it out yesterday after they buffed and waxed the car, do you think i should demand i get my hood repainted or something else like a new hood?

As long as it is not AIR bubble its ok. If its just a dark bubble then it will dry out. Park it in the sun as much as possible. Usually when I get my tint done I try to go on a nice sunny day and get it done in the morning so you can have the rest of the day for a head start dry.
Like other said, wait a week atleast. Tint usually have lifetime warranty .
On your other question. If the promise is not done in writing and sign in papers then theres nothing you can do beside try and convince the mgr what your salesguy said.

in regards to the tint, listen to everybody's advice.. give it a few days.. it's under your discretion how many days is a few, but most tint guys will tell you that it takes at least a week for the bubbles to completely go away.. when i got tint, there were minimal bubbles and they were only small ones.. most tint places do have a guarantee and you did get it done at a dealership, so if it has to be redone, hopefully it's not a problem..
for your hood, i would say you're out of luck on getting a replacement hood.. the most they would do is what they already did, buffing and waxing it.. my friend bought a brand new black TL and there were some scuffs, and the dealership promised to wax them out.. to this day, she still has some of them.. just depends on the manager and the dealership i guess.. good luck!

looks like you should avoid that dealership after you get your things sorted out. You don't have to feel obligated to go back to the same dealership. The next time you go, there might be other problems like a scratched rim or door ding. ALWAYS check out your car before you leave the dealership. They won't be liable once you leave.

My first G coupe (a new 05) had paint damage on the trunk and hood. The dealership promised to get them out, and then found they could not after several attempts at waxing/polishing/buffing.
So, they replaced the hood and the trunk lid with perfect brand new ones.
I didn't even have to fight with my dealership, they called and said "Bad news, can't get the paint damage out... good news, we're going to replace the two parts with factory painted new ones." I think what they did was swap the parts with another new G, and now knowing they cannot get those spots out they will disclose to the next buyer at sale.
Just so you know, it's not totally unreasonable to hold them to their word..
