I took my car in last week for the clicking noise in the rear end. They kept my car for a week. When I got it back they told me they had a hard time taking the bolts off. In fact they couldn’t get them off so they had to replace the majority of the rear end. The customer service was first class.

 

What dealer is this...my dealer is GRADE A CRAP!!!!! I'd never buy nor ever recommend anyone to the dealer i went to...they been treatin me like trash since day one!!!!
