I dont track my car but I do drive it pretty hard on the backroads round here every now and then. I haven't checked my sway bushings but I definately will now since that is what most people seem to think it is.

The noise you are hearing is from the brake warning squeelers touching the rotors. When pads get down to a certain thickness, a piece of metal starts to rub on the rotor and make that noise so you know it's time to change the brakes.
And yes, at first the noise will go away when you brake. When pads get really worn down, they will screech a lot even when braking.

i also have squeaking coming from my front suspension... it drives me nuts and the worst part is i cant narrow it down any further. Can someon make a list of possible things that may create suspension squeeks? Thanks

I have dealt with the squeak associated with worn pads but this does not sound like but it doesnt hurt to check the pads
