I was thinking about painting my '04 the signature Skyline GT-R color, bayside blue metallic.

What about Laguna blue with a light metalic flake? It's the color that only BMW has for its M3s. Other than that I think the Candy Apple is nice. I had a Crystler Sebring before this car and it was that color. It looked really sweet at night and relly sweet during the day. It's the only red I like.
