Alright, just about time to let go.

Last month I purchased a 1987 4runner that I have been building for wheeling. I have fallen in love with it and rarely drive my G anymore. I am going to trade in the G for a F250 diesel so I can tow my 4runner to the trails when I decide to build it more "hardcore".

Its a shame though, I just put in my avic n1 system.
The avic-n1 with double din and ac controller and all that jazz might be for sale soon.
My G only has around 6000 miles on it, how sad.

I had a 94 4-Runner before my "G" and I loved that truck!

I went from a tank to a sportster

+1 I went from a Titan to my G.

On the rare day that it rains here, I miss the ability to go offroading. But... I just turn of the VDC & give er hell. It feels very strange to let the back end a little loose then have all 4 wheels pull you back in line.

My bro has an F350. Tows his sleds in the winter, bikes in the summer and sometimes his Jeep crawler anytime. Those Ford trucks are perfect for hauling.

Good luck. (but can't you pay cash for an older truck to tow & keep the G? )

Thanks alot.

I will not be out of sportscars though. We also have a new Carrera S in our street car stable, and a couple race cars. I am going to Virginia Int. Raceway to test our Mustang FR500C next week. This will be my first season doing some racing in Grand Am, should be fun.

I will stick around these forums for awhile and who knows, maybe get a new G in a few years.

Do you still own crawlmag (sp) ? I remember you mentioned it to me on here when I first got the runner.

If you do this sort of thing for a living, you have the best life in the world. If you adopt me, I'll love you long time.

good luck with your new project! And good luck on the track!

Hehe, not for a living. I wish though.

As I like to say, the only way to make a small fortune racing is to start with a big one.
