5AT shift ****

Does any1 have a diagram or have any pictures of how the leather boot is mounted for the 5AT, i am thinking about putting in the M45 shift **** and want to see how the boot is connected.

thanks, but this dosnt show how the boot is atached, any1 have pics of how its attached.
