I bought a set of wheels (stern ST1 19") from eurowheelsusa through their online store. I paid with paypal on the 27th of april. Since then NADA. No tracking number, no returen call, no return email. NO WHEELS. HAs anyone dealt with these guys before? Did they take my money and run. Their EBAY store has a very good rating with alot of satisfied customers. What will I do?

 

27th was only Thursday. I would wait a little longer and email them. Your instincts might be right, but right now it seems like you're jumping the gun a little bit.

 

Doesn't anyone actually pick up the phone anymore?

 

I have called them many times...just goes to voice mail. I left messages but no call back

 

i recieved a confirmation from paypal saying that the money was sent to eurowheels. How long should i give them until I initiate a refund?

 

I'd wait until a full week lapses

The odd thing is you should have at LEAST received an automated email reply stating they received your order etc......

Stay away from ebay period. I can't understand why people send money to companies that don't even pick up the phone.

 

it's all about the $$$. Anything to save a buck. I personally like the brick and mortar stores to do my research, get my hands on the items, or see them in person. But you can't beat the ebay prices most of the times. Even though they are cheap, I can't say i've been a big ebay person. Call me paranoid.

I have friends that haven't had any problems w/ ebay transactions. And i'm sure many here don't have too big of a complaint. I've personally been burned for a major purchase (laptop x 6). Not a fun deal.
