I had to sign for mine. Maybe the would have left it if I were not home.
Jon - I had to take my dremel and cut out some of the passenger side to clear the water pump and hoses. It will depend on where you water pump is installed. I also had to heat the edges that touch the intercooler with a heat gun and bend them just a touch. On another note the pulley went out today via priority mail. You should see it on Friday.

I don't think so; I took the ones off my other bumper. This kit was made to replace the old one so I think they expect you to have the other one available for parts.

Is the bumper as hard to put on as the directions would have you believe? I have installed the aftermarket bumper on my old 5.0 mustang. I have also installed all the mods that are in my sig. When I look at the directions for the bumper it seams like they maybe making appear that it is more complicated than it is. So is pretty easy? How long should it take?

The bumper is not hard to put on. The directions are a little too in depth if you ask me.
All you do is:
1) take off old bumper
2) remove grille
3) remove side marker mounts (grille snaps, sidemarker mounts need the rivets drilled out.
4) install grille and sidemarker mounts in new bumper
5) drill out rivets and remove the extra spacers on bumper
6) put new bumper on car
If you have an intercooler then the air ducts will need to be modified.
I did mine in a little over an hour and never even looked at the instructions until I was done.
