From what I've read on here, there are no aftermarket swaybar endlinks for the front. For you guys slammed, do they go bad often due to the angle of the endlink? I have Hotchkis front and rear sways and don't want to run into problems while installing. I'll get the SPL rear endlinks just to be safe, but don't know what to do about the front.

06' G35x BC Coilover's

So I wanted to drop it down to give it that sport stock look. I used BC Coilover's and paired them with the m45 19's, right now it's about 1.5 finger gap all around. The ride is smooth. If i could compare it to stock i wouldn't use the word stiffer, i'd say more respnsive and you feel the road more but when you hit hard it doesn't give you any jarring like a lowering spring.

Decided to install my coils today. All was going great got 3/4 sides put in without too much trouble. I was down to the drivers front and had to stop cause I didnt know what else to try. For the passenger front all I had to do was loosen the top 3 bolts under the hood then the bolt on the bottom that holds the shock absorber arm to the transverse link. For the shock absorber bolt, I hit it with a rubber mallet then with a screwdriver banged it all the way through the transverse link and got the whole setup out and installed the coil setup. For the driver side when trying to bang that shock absorber bolt out, halfway in it starts to angle and Im unable to bang it all the way out. I tried compressing the spring but that didnt help. So right now Im riding around with my car lopsided. Anyone have any tips to get the damn thing out? Any help would be really appreciated!

Jack up both sides, I bet the sway bar is preventing it.

I 2nd that. I just pulled the strut out of the arm. Took a little bit of jiggling things around, but came out pretty easily.

I feel like i tried everything, just gave up for today and put everything back together. At first i only had the driver side jacked up but then i jacked up the pass side and still had no luck getting the damn thing out. I got no clue whats going on. It feels like its caught up top where the 3 bolts were. Either that or like the spring is so expanded putting alot of pressure on letting anything budge. If i grab the shock absorber arm and pull/push it moves slightly and u could see the bolt move. But theres no way i could pull it out by hand. The assembly doesnt have that much play.

If you attach the top of the coilover to the car with the top 3 bolts it will pull up on the sway bar and pull the other side up too. Get someone to line up the other side while you raise the coilover up. Or undo the sway bar end links to take the pressure off the other side.

If you took pics or a video it would be easier for us to give you advice on how to fix it.

Went at it again today and finished the install! After some advice all that was needed was to use a bar to pull down on the suspension a bit while another person pulled out the assembly. Next step is to adjust the settings and remove the back seat & install the extenders. Im at about 26.5 from the fender to the floor in the front and at about 27 in the rear for now on stock 17"s. Def looks way better then it did at stock height! My rear seems to be a lil bouncy. Could this be fixed using the **** and turning it a couple clicks towards hard or does it have to do with the preload in the rear? Also with the ***** do they stop when they reach full soft/full hard?

I think 19's look better when you are that low. 18's look better a little higher up.

does anybody know if 18x9.5+35 would clear the front for turning radius?

I installed my coilovers this passed weekend and the ride was too bouncy in the rear for my liking. Yesterday I finally took out the back seats and installed the extenders and started tweaking the dampening. For the rear I'm 1 click away from full hard and the rear still has bounce. The bounces are short firm bounces but they happen with almost any imperfection in the road which in NY is just about all the time. Any ideas or is this normal? I'm only lowered 26.5 fender to floor in the front and 27 in the rear.
