NOPE... no idea what it stands for at first i thought BOSS CHEN but the box just says BC on it...

its just a brand. i've been told its not much any different from megan racing and other smaller companies. They make decent stuff, not the greatest but very affordable.

as long as they are decent i will be happy. i can not go the spring and shock route. i always prefer coilovers.

I'm about to install my bc coils tomorrow on my g35x.
I'm still on my stock 17", going to be on them for at least a month til I have money for tires. Got some nice 19" rims waiting for tires.

My question is, how low should I drop my car? I don't want to slam it yet. Just something ideal.

Also should the front and rear have the same drop or should it be different?

Help me out guys.

Help please!!

I bought the set up off an 05 Z and thought it was a direct swap onto the G35X (06). My mechanic is telling me the front shocks don't bolt up the same way to the control arm and that he thinks the swap would only work on a RWD G. Anyone run into this before?

Shocks won't be a direct bolt on, springs are. AWD have a different design.

i am going to drop about 2 inches. you definitely need to drop the front a little more to even out the stance. that is the beauty of coilovers.

I'm slowly getting discouraged on making my X have the right stance. Kinda making want to get another RWD car to get the full aggressive setup (rolled fenders).

Anyways, I'm wondering if anyone has messed with negative camber in the rear after lowering the X. My setup doesn't quit tuck under the fender yet, but if I find the right kit, then I'll be making my shoes tilt. Finally dropping mine this weekend on custom built 16-way adjustable Tokico struts and H&R springs. We'll see how it sits, expect some pics.

I don't know what to do at this point. I HATE my eibach pro-kit ride. Its too harsh and annoying. Can someone give me advice on what kind of springs to get before I decide to go back to stock.

I hear good things about the H&R springs I just got. Thats part of the reason why I got them. Not too rough on the ride...won't lose a tooth over bumps.

I've heard H&R and Tein H-Techs both have a nice ride. You could also throw on some Coupe or Z springs and it should feel similar to stock.

save your money and by the BC coilovers. you can choose your spring rate and adjust the dampening. i picked mine up for 1g shipped from Asia.

ah I hate this decision. If I get the BC coilovers, I know I'll need camber kits F+R, and fenders rolled. Anyone know of cheap, reliable camber kits?
