1- remove rear seat bottom, pulling on the two white tabs under the middle part of each seat
2- unscrew the bottom part of the seat backs, you should now be able to slide them up and out, you will understand how they go back in when you see the back of them it just hooks on
3- you should now be able to see the sealed off part where the shock housing is... if you want to install without lifting up the car, you will need to drill probably about a 2" hole PERFECTLY in the center...(im not sure how safe this large hole would be due to the 2 built in bolts nearby it but you should be fine). BE VERY CAREFUL when drilling the hole not to let the drill go too deep once it cuts through or else it will harm your shock adjustment ****! i am not sure how much clearance you have between them so either be careful when you do it or just lift the car up and do it.
4- once you have the **** in sight you can now put the extender on and thanks to the large hole you just drilled you should be able to fit the allen wrench in and tighten that **** up
5- when i put my seats back in i left the side of the seats that the extenders are on i left unhooked to give the xtenda some clearance so you can turn it freely... youll understand when you see it

hope this helps a bit
thanks man...appreciate it!

If I remember correctly anything for the coupe will drop the sedan a extra .5" . With the htechs ure looking at around a 1.4F/.7R drop. With that you prob should be looking into a camber kit. If I was you I'd just save for a set of coils. I wanted to lower my X but wanted adjustability so I bought a set of BC's and I'm only at about 1.5"F/1"R but ride quality is def better then it would be solely on a spring setup. Plus you could always adjust if you plan on swapping wheels....etc. Also with just swapping springs ull prob be replacing ure shocks a lot more often. Here's a thread with a member on htechs and 18"s https://g35driver.com/forums/brakes-...pe-h-tech.html

TBH that was a highley discussed topic in this thread, you could have figured out the answer. But anyway, i had sedan Htech, they got the job done but i really didnt like them. the rear is gonna sit lower then the front and your gonna need rear shocks. the fronts you can do with for a while, you really have no choice unless you want to spend $.

me personally best springs, without mix and matching are the H&R. your still gonna need rear shocks. camber kit you really wont need.

About time for me to post...
Thanks to the forum and a BIG thanks to Turtle for helping install the front coils and answering my never ending questions... We had an issue with a rear bolt so I had to finish the job at another friends after I ordered replacement parts...

INFO:
1- Megan Racing
2- Drop Set right above tire. Maybe 3 inches or so
3- Ride is not too bad, was real bouncy at first made adjustments and much better now.
4- No problems really, need rear fender roll and front camber arms. I would recommend anyone who installs coils to get a lifetime alignment package... I have already went twice.
5- 300 miles
6- So far so good
7- 245/40/19 with 20mm spacers

Question update

Changed a few things; lowered the front and got a new rim job lol.
I think I'm gettin there... what do you guys think?
1: G35 C/350z combo+spring mount and other mods
2:`2.25"
3:Great; responsive and sporty while perfectly balanced
4:Could be a bit lower...
5:8k
6:My rear tires wore out before buying the SPC camber/toe kit, the fronts have been fine
7:17x8 wheels; 1/2" spacers coming soon
