Eagle RSAs or Turanza EL42s? hum hum hum

Dealer scratched all of my new rims on PDI (2006 x). They replaced the rims and tires recently. I had an option to go with the Goodyear Eagle RSAs or Turanza EL42s. I went with the Turanzas...

Now I am hearing this humming noise coming from my front end (road noise?), seems to be more obvious over 70 km/h... I hear it while coasting...I am not experiencing any steering wheel shakes at all.

Anyone have any idea as to what this noise could be from (they are new tires and rims)... I called the dealer and they said I could go with the Eagle RSAs... which tires would you pick (I know that neither are the greatest, but if you had a choice)... I already have dunlop m3s for winters.
