Re: NEED HELP QUICK!!

jason - does your car turn over and not start, or does the car simply not turn over at all?

geobau - "stalling 6MTs like mad at high speed" sounds a bit strong to me. I've only seen a small handful of posts to that effect and, since some ultimately alleviated the problem after checking their install, I just don't believe there is enough (any?) solid evidence of systematic or widespread failures to suggest a serious or dangerous design flaw with the product. By contrast, I understood the early Injen CAI problem was common to a much higher percentage of 6mt users. So, at the moment, the biggest problem I have is with Stillen service or products to date is their crazy high prices. $260 for the box, jeezus! And I'll bet you a beer they price the dual exhaust so high it sends folks running to the custom shop...

Re: NEED HELP QUICK!!

It does turn over, just dosen't start. By the way, this is a 5AT. When I took it for a test drive after the install everything was fine even up to 90m.p.h. Then I came to a stoplight, got it up to 40m.p.h. and it just stalled. The lights and power stayed on, but it wouldn't start. A light on the bottom of the dash says AT check? I'll keep everyone posted as soon as I here from the dealer. Thanks for the feedback!

Re: NEED HELP QUICK!!

I just talked to the dealer and they are replacing the ECU. I asked them what error code came up and he said that they couldn't get any information from the computer. Whether this has anything to do with the Stillen/350z duct install I don't know. I'm not that knowledgeable about these new cars. What do you guys think? When I pick the car up I'll find out more and keep you posted

I think the ECU failed and had nothing to do with your
Stillen/350Z duct install.
