Today I had 4 passengers in the back. 3 adult and 1 child. Probably under 400 lbs. When it went over bump it had a quick bounce and then the rear kinda jump. Is that a sign of the side tire wall rubbing the fender? Felt like the fender hit the side wall and then rebound up.

Unrevised Z springs up front and coupe springs in the rear. Tires 235/45/18.

Does your rear rub the fender since the coupe wheels flush the fender.

does anyone know if the 350z roadster springs are different from the regular revised springs regarding height? i picked up a complete suspension from a roadster, but i was only planning on using the shocks with my tein s-techs. i've been contemplating using the rear 350z springs and s-techs in the front to get that raked stance, but unsure of the height the roadster springs will give.

Not with 235/45's. Camber is set around -1.3-1.4 in the rear. With the 245's it rubbed.

I wished mine camber is at your range. Mines are -2.5 and -2.9.

God Damn... there should be some adjustment in the rear to get it back under -2.

Before the alignment, the car was at -2.6 and -2.5. The left rear toe was way off before the alignment and by correcting the left rear toe, it knocked the left rear camber to -2.9 and the other side became -2.5.

Are you getting crazy tire wear? What the hell is your camber up front

I think the front is -1.5 and -1.6. So far the tire is ok since I've only driven like 300+ miles.

I changed it out for the same reasons many others did - to reduce the drop/get more height in the rear/to balance the look so that the front didn't look so much higher. I also wanted to reduce the harshness of the ride by going w/ the softer 04 spring.

I'm running oversized tires in the back (245/40) as they are the Coupe wheels w/ factory tires...thats why the gap is a bit less than most other fitments.
From your signature you have z spring/shocks in front but only coupe springs in rear. So the rear is running your stock shocks?

Do you have pictures of your car?

Yes I'm running my stock Sport shock in the back (wife thought it was too rough for the baby w/ the Unrevised shock).

I don't have a pic after I switched it out, but I'll try to take one this week and will post. I do think that the front is still high because of our bigger fender well in the front...even with the Coupe spring in the back making the back a bit higher, the fender gap in the front still is a lot more than the back. I think to truly make it look even, you'd have to keep the stock spring in the back when using the Z spring in the front.

That might work for your rwd (but with the stock wheels for rwd, I think the rear gap is quite big too). For my X, the fender gap is huge in the rear with the stock springs. I wouldn't go with that setup, maybe at least swap the rear springs with sedan sport springs to bring it down 1/2 inch.

Does your rear get bouncy with z springs/oem shocks? Most of the X owners with rear z springs/oem shocks are getting the bouncy effect over bumps.

Haha...what you think of this combo for the X.

Unrevised z springs in front, sedan sports spring/shock in rear? That will elminate the bouncy, negative camber issue in the rear and will close 1/2 inch of gap. Hmmmmmm...but the car might be weird when it comes to handling with the uneven springs. The z front/coupe rear would be more level.

The unrevised shock/springs are stiff and bouncy. They are definitely "tight" - meaning minimal body roll and pretty decent turn control (although I'm not racing my car).

Here are the pics of my car w/ the full Z suspension (notice how the rear fender almost touches the tire! - but keep in mind I'm running a 245/40 in the back so the tire is larger than spec). Sorry for the bad photos - I couldn't back the car out as I was in a hurry - I'll try to post the same shots or at least a full side shot when i have a chance:

Then here are some pics of my car w/ the Stock Sport shock and Coupe spring + Z front spring/shock (notice how high the back is now):

And if you're interested...here is a close-up of the front Z spring/shock set up (this is what is still on my car) - notice how high the gap is even w/ the Z spring...an X suspension would be even higher:
