here's a little video w/ sound so you can hear my exhaust.

Do me a favor, right click and "save as."

NOTE: use Quicktime to view it. You might have to choose the "open with" option after you have downlaoded it. BTW, it should take about 1 sec to download. It is a cell phone video. I was too lazy to set up a video camera.

I don't have the coupe midpipe because on the 05 sedan the midpipe was changed and the resonator is significantly smaller than in earlier years. From what I have read, the coupe midpipe does not provide the same benefits it did on older models.

With that said, I am still kicking around giving it a try. Maybe if nothing else it could raise the sound level just a bit which would be perfect.

Anyone out there with the HKS and coupe middy on an 05 want to chime in as to the sound benefits of the coupe middy?

go down to Miami. Miami muffler did the work. 305-255-7704 They do all the performance work for most south florida racers. I think they have the only mandrel bender in Dade county. I have been going to them for over 10 years.

Miguel is the owner, or you can speak with Daniel. Both of them know me well. Tell that you want the same setup as Andrew Harper.

BTW, I am also using their stainless test pipes. I have no rasp what-so-ever with this setup. Also, they used some sort of O2 sensor spacers on the the O2s; i have never had a "check engine" light pop up.

Stock exhaust has good sound, but Stillen TD is something else. I go WOT everytime I see an on ramp.

Hey JameyB (and anyone else with the HKS rear section)- what do you think about the sound of the HKS? Would you say it is fairly quiet until you go WOT? I'm really thinking about getting one, but am concerned that with the coupe middy it will be too loud and irritating (drone).

Any thoughts would be great to hear.

Also, since I have the Nismo bumper...my exhaust has all but disappeared! What happened to my darn tips???
