Just installed z-tube,k&n filter and 5/16" plenum + ECU reset. Is it me or is the difference in power is negligeable? Car used to be bone stock.

Maybe my oxygen sensor's dirty?

I installed my Stillen CAI, UTR tube and 5/16 spacer back when I first got my car and could feel a difference.

It's not going to be like a SC or turbo but you should get a little more kick.

I think you need to recaliberate your butt dyno....

Power is definitely there with the spacer.

 

thats because all those mods really dont make your car much faster. go FI

 

get some nitrous

Those mods may have added 10 hp. Not going to feel it, unless you want to rationalize the purchases

Some critisize those that don't feel the spacer "gains", but the fact is, you can't. It's the "placebo" affect..........A few proven dyno ponies? Hopefully. But a big SOTP difference? No.

 

the spacer alone is proven to add hp... maybe its just you

haha yeah its defintely not going to be much faster in but when i got my 5/16MD spacer and injen cold air installed i noticed my G had a stronger/quicker punch to it and was significantly louder....you'll see

 

Did you do anything to the exhaust? You can do all you want on the intake side, but if you don't free up the exhaust too, it's not going to really matter.

 

hell.....I could barely feel a 50 shot of nitrous.

 

That's nothing you need to add giant R stickers and a powered by "Nissan" sticker and thats +100HP !
