most likely out of alignment. wouldn't worry about cosmetic damage underneath. check to make sure you haven't bent a wheel or any suspension parts. take it to the dealer or an alignment shop to be sure.

car goes straight and normal. It was dark outside and two potholes on the road were pretty wide, thats the piece that hit the flat ground between two potholes so hard, but only scratch on the plate and bar itself, should i worry about it?

Check your tires for any bubbles.

anytime you hit a pothole that size, that hard...more than likely your alignment is off and wheels and tires might have some sort of damage. the best thing is to have someone do an inspection and check your alignment.

It would take an awful lot to damage that bar. If you see just a scratch, I wouldn't be worried at all. Besides.. you're probably going to replace that with a Stillen sway bar some time soon anyway.

that bar is mounted to the engine subframe and connects to your suspension at each end. it helps keep body roll to a minimum in turns. if you banged it hard enough, again you may have alignment issues, or you may have damaged the mounts. like everyone says, take it to get looked at.

follow the bar out from center on each side. you will come upon a u shaped bracket with either a rubber or urethane bushing that the bar is running through. they may be torqued or bent. most likely, they will be fine. like everyone else says though, running over a pothole that size probably has knocked out your alignment.
