03' leather seats suck!

Do you guys have the charcoal interior or the willow? My 03's willow leather is in amazing shape and has absolutely no wear, scuffs, or significant creases. I wipe down leather with wet warm rag monthly and use a cleaner/conditioner about 3 times a year. I've noticed the charcoal interior 04-05 loaners I've had have very hard and non-pliable leather that shows a ton of wear and scuffing.

A note for those of you still under warranty - ask the dealership to take a look at the side bolster on the driver's side seat. It's generally the worst looking part since you're constantly crushing it as you get in the car. The service manager looked at mine and said that the bolster material inside the seat must have failed, and they're going to replace the bolster cushion this Friday. Not the leather, just the bolster. I'm hoping that with a ***lot*** of conditioning and a new bolster it won't look quite as bad and last a lot longer.

I hate to be the "my charcoal is better than your charcoal" guy, but my 03.5 is still looking good. Some small creasing on the entry edge, but still soft and nowhere near being cracked. I have since new hit it with Lexol every 3-4 months and all my windows are tinted to keep the UV out. Also, the willow just may not show the creasing as much. Maybe that's the difference.
The funny thing is when people get in the car say how good the leather smells. Then I tell them it has 72000 miles on it and they have to look at the ODO to believe it. Lexol is da chit. You just have to give it 2 coats each time to really soak it. The G leather comes VERY dry from the factory. I went through half a bottle on the first application since it was literally drinking the stuff.

I have an '06 with graphite interior. I clean my seats with Zaino Z9 twice a month and condition with Z10 the same. I rarely let them get any residue on them let alone dust and dirt. In 6k miles, my driver's seat has creased a lot more than I'd like.
If it keeps up, I will go back to Infiniti about it.

I imagine it greatly depends upon the weather where you live too. You figure average temps, amounts of rain, humidity, etc. can probably have detrimental effects. Regardless, I think the seats are pretty crappy to begin with. The leather in my dad's Ford Explorer didn't start cracking until 120K+...

I have graphite in my 03 Sedan and the seats look just like new. I condition them every couple of weeks so maybe that has something to do with it. I also have my windows tinted so I am sure that probably helps. Like vt_maverick state, it could very well have something to do with weather as well.
