Hey guys, I am the guy with the 03 g35 auto. I have called Tony couple of times and he took down my number and said he would call me when he has time, but its beeen like a week and no call still..... I am even pretty much in the process of restoring my car to its stock components so it could be used for the dyno. Hopefully FI gets more time to start on this project caz I am ready to work with them.....

Rick, it seems to me you've been defending Tony when he's been sitting on the project all along.

I realize its been a while since the project was started but you have to give FI some credit. Theyre doing the best they can to release the "perfect" system that meets everyone's wants/needs at the price people can afford. Theyre a legitimate company thats just as busy as any other business is. They dont just work on G's and Z's but other cars too. Patience is a virtue, just wait a bit longer, you'll be more than happy that you did!

most definetely. my FI HF from f/i cats are absolutely amazing!!! the welds on them are a work of art.

but i'm loosing credit amongst my friends. I have nearly everything except a mean sounding exhaust. I need to move on with my life for now.

if F/I makes an exhaust...I willl def sell my HKS for a second hand F/I (to save money i spent on loud dronny custom exhausts..my borla that didnt fit etc...)

for some reason i feel like making a non droney exhaust for the first gen G is futile since even the best in the buisness is running into difficulties

Relax people, I am trying to get you all results but there are alot of conflicting things happening at the moment. Like getting another car for instance. Also being able to compensate the owner of that car enough to make them satisfied and hopefully getting the combination right.

Yes there has been some down time but most to all of you know my email address as well as my number and I have only had contact with a few.

I am not trying to put this on any of you and if I am coming across that way then I apologize but my man power is short and I am doing my best to try and accommodate everyone. But like they always say you cant make everyone happy.

So with this said, try and hang in there and like I have said before those of you that cant, well then your loss. For those who can you know you will get a superior product when I am done...

Thank you all,

Tony

You've hit the point. simply offering a "discount" is not attractive enough for anyone to want to loan you their vehicle for a test car. That is a difficult decision to come across and it is hard to negotiate because everyone has different values they put on the car. I am patiently waiting for this product and hopefully in due time it will happen. Good luck guys.

I think at this point most would want the Exhaust for free in exchange for their car to be used which to me doesnt seem like that much to ask considering what FI will be making of this Product once its finished!

Here is what I am offering:

In exchange for using the car I will give the exhaust to that person and all I ask in return is to just cover my cost on parts. The rest will be taken care of on my end including the dyno.

This is what I offered the coupe platform a year ago and they went with it...Thanks, Tony
